Arrival and departure

Our rooms are available for guests from 12 a.m. onwards on the day of arrival (check-in from 08 a.m. to 02 a.m.). The rooms should be left free by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Early departure

Guests leaving the hotel before the end of their booked stay must pay for their effective stay at the hotel and their deposit will not be returned.

Bookings and cancellation policy

Bookings only are valid after a deposit has been received. You will be informed of the deposit amount upon confirming your booking. If the booking is cancelled, the deposit will not be returned, but it can be reused for another stay (depending on availability). If the booking is cancelled during the last three days before arrival, 20% of the deposit will be returned, but it may not be used for another stay.

Deposit payment

The deposit amount will be specified in the booking confirmation that you will receive by e-mail. Deposits sent will be credited to your final bill net of bank charges for the operation. 

Pets

Small pets are allowed.

Parking

The hotel has a private, secure car park and a covered portico for motorbikes and bicycles. The service costs EUR 3,00 per day.
